Our control panel is built to work for you, not the other way round. One of its most powerful tools is the integration via MCP – Model Context Protocol. It lets an AI assistant work with your server just as you would by clicking in the panel.
What MCP is
Model Context Protocol is an open standard that AI apps (MCP clients) use to connect to external tools and data. Instead of copying logs into a chat, the assistant can:
- read the console and logs,
- check CPU and RAM usage and server status,
- start, stop or restart the server,
- create a backup,
- edit a config file,
- install or update a plugin or mod.
You can connect, for example, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code – any client that can connect a remote MCP server.
What it looks like in practice
You: My server is lagging tonight. Find out why.
AI: I read the last 500 log lines and the metrics. TPS drops because of a farm with a lot of entities. I suggest limiting entities per chunk. Should I take a backup before making changes?
The assistant works with real data from your server, not guesses. And you see every step.
Security first
You’re fully in control of MCP access:
- Tokens with permissions – decide which servers and actions the assistant can access (e.g. read logs only).
- Revoke any time – invalidate a token with one click.
- Usage overview – for every connection you see its permissions, servers and when it was last used.
- Confirm sensitive actions – it’s a good idea to always confirm destructive operations like deletion or reinstalls.
How to connect
The MCP server address is https://dash.noveric.cc/mcp.
- Apps with sign-in (Claude.ai, ChatGPT, connectors in Claude Desktop): add a custom connector with the address above. You’ll be asked to sign in to the control panel and choose what the app may do.
- Developer tools (Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code): create a personal token in the AI assistants (MCP) section of the panel and paste the generated configuration.
- Done – ask the assistant about your server’s status.

Who it’s for
- Community owners who don’t want to spend evenings in the console.
- Developers who want to automate deployments and testing.
- Beginners who want to learn server management with a guide at their side.
