Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern the rights and obligations between the operator of Noveric.cc (the “provider”) and the customer when providing game server hosting and related services (the “services”).

2. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when the customer submits an order in the client area and pays the first invoice. The customer must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are listed in the pricing on the website and in the client area.
• Services are paid in advance for the selected billing period.
• If payment is not received, the provider may suspend the service and, after the period stated in the client area, terminate it including its data.

4. Provision of services

• The provider operates the services according to the plan description and the SLA.
• The customer is responsible for the content running on their server and for complying with the license terms of games and software.
• The customer must not use the service in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Data backups

The provider performs automatic backups according to the plan. Backups are a supplementary service; the customer is responsible for keeping their own backups of important data.

6. Withdrawal and complaints

• Consumers may withdraw from the contract within the statutory period, unless performance started with their consent before the period ended.
• Complaints can be submitted via a ticket in the client area or by email.

7. Termination

The customer can cancel the service at any time in the client area, effective at the end of the paid period. The provider may terminate the service in case of a serious breach of these terms.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The provider may change these terms and will inform customers in advance.
